What is the refund policy?
30-Day Return Policy
Upon receiving your goods, we offer a 30-day return policy, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. You can return the item within 30 days of receiving it.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Product Damage
If there are any problems, we will return or replace any damaged products. Please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the item. After 30 days, we will not be able to process any returns.
Replacement
If the received product has manufacturing defects, the buyer has the right to request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the manufacturing defect by contacting [email protected].
Refund (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you an email confirming the receipt. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credited amount will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Refund Overdue or Lost (If Applicable)
If you haven't received the refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to issue the refund officially. Next, contact your bank. Return
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since confirming delivery, we cannot provide a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require the order confirmation, which will be sent to your email address after a successful order placement. Please do not send it back to the original address; we will provide the return mailing address after you submit the return application via email.

Due to our high daily order volume, it may take up to 14 working days to process a return from the date we receive your item. You will be notified via email once your return order has been processed.
What If I Want a Refund?
After receiving the goods, you can request a refund within 30 days. To request a refund, return the unused item in its original packaging. We will issue the refund after inspecting the returned goods.
